Enhanced with inspiring slides and music, Readers Theatre explores the timeless wisdom of Rumi in this highly acclaimed presentation. Rumi was a 13th century Persian mystic poet, considered to be the best-selling poet in the United States. His reflections on pain, joy, love, and life are at once simple and sublime. The show, directed by Michael Reveal, features Jim Littlejohn, Sue Prince, Karen Shanower, Pete Smith, Helen Spalding, Jeff Wedgwood, and Jeanette Willis, with special support from Katherine Billings, Elaine Coffman, Carol Degler, and Shirley Shakarian.
